Acupressure.....Acupunture without the needles....if you're scared of needles but would like the effect then Acupressure is the treatments for you using pressure points to help with any ailments!!!
Reflexology is a brilliant treatment on the feet using pressure points! Different parts of the foot signifies different parts of the body meaning she can pick up various ailments throughout the body!!!
Eastern Facial.......this is a fantastic treatment for uplifting the face using muscles and pressure. Over a course of treatments this will give you the effects of a face lift without using probes or pads......

There will be a new arrival of the Crazy Fit vibration plate this week.....ideal for losing weight!! They are very popular and people are losing a dress size within a month with just using the vibration plate for just 10 minutes a day. They are great for increasing bone density (so ideal for Osteoparosis), blood circulation i.e. diabetes, poor circulation, and great for the mobility including arthritis. It tones up the body and increases metabolism....easy to use and 10 minute sessions are equivlent to an hour's workout....

We would like to welcome Lee Kesterton to our salon who is a Trainee Beauty Therapist....she is in her second year of training and has many things to offer in her treatments using specialised products!!!
